Besides the possibility that some of the products may be effective moisturizers and cleansers, we wonder why the company is intent on promoting so many different formulas as part of its Topical Skincare line of products. Even in the Topical Skincare line, there are three subcategories, which make us question the efficiency of using any formula by BORBA. In any case, we also believe the active ingredient in the formulas, Retinol, may not be anything new or reliable. Therefore, we believe that those looking for an effective anti-aging topical application may be disappointed by the BORBA Topical Skincare line.

We believe that when it comes to skin rejuvenation, topical applications with fresh Collagen may a better way to boost its supply rather than taking it in a capsule form. Many people seem to prefer using a hydrating and moisturizing cream that naturally increases the body’s production of Collagen. We believe that it may be much more hassle to have to take pills everyday. In fact, there seem to be some really effective anti-aging creams out there with scientifically advanced ingredients, like Matrixyl 3000®, which has been specifically formulated to boost Collagen levels in the skin.

Without a doubt, many of us may be initially attracted by the fact that BORBA Topical Skincare seems to have a variety of products available. However, we believe that the best manufacturer will actually promote only a proven topical skincare cream or serum. We find this gives their products credibility, and demonstrates their customer service commitment. Furthermore, we believe it shows when a manufacturer puts in a lot of care and effort to formulate one great product as opposed to an array of seemingly mediocre items.
Thus, it appears that an educated individual will first look at topical applications that have been proven to successfully reduce the visible signs of aging. We find the best creams will have ingredients that have been proven to not only lubricate and exfoliate the skin, but also to actively eliminate dead cells, thereby reducing dryness and flaking. Among such products, those with fresh Collagen and scientifically advanced ingredients, like Matrixyl 3000®, may be worth a trial. Another way to evaluate a product may be to also look at the return and refund policies.
