Camomile Facial Therapy by CamoCare® is said to “reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles caused by sun damage, environmental pollutants, stress and aging.” The “Facial Therapy” is actually a moisturizing cream containing Camillosan® Camomile, which, the manufacturer claims, is “patented worldwide.” The key ingredient is said to be rich in “Levomenol, Flavonoids and Essential Oils.”
Notwithstanding the benefits of Flavonoids and Essential Oils, we usually like anti-aging moisturizers that supply fresh Collagen. As we age, the production of Collagen by our body also starts decreasing. As a result, our skin starts looking old and flaky, and wrinkles start to form. Therefore, we will take a look at CamoCare® Camomile Facial Therapy to conclude whether it may really deliver the wonderful benefits it promises.

As per a retail store, the formula contains the following: Chamomile Extract in a base of deionized water, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, Glyceryl Stearate, Safflower Oil, Lanolin Oil, Squalane, Stearic Acid, Dimethicone, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Tocopheryl Acetate, Retinyl Palmitate (Vit.A), Carbomer, Allantoin, Methylparaben, Xanthan Gum, Triethanolamine, Imidazolidinyl Urea and Titanium Dioxide.

We like the fact that the moisturizer contains Flavonoids and Essential Oils. These ingredients are said to hydrate the skin and act as effective emollients. However, the fact that the manufacturer actually promotes a number of other skin care products with similar formulations may be quite disconcerting. Furthermore, we could not find evidence of how the many ingredients included in the formula may effectively reduce lines and wrinkles, as claimed.
Collagen is the main protein of connective tissues. It has been found to be the primary agent in strengthening blood vessels and in developing new tissues, especially in the skin. As mentioned above, as we age, the production of Collagen by our body also starts decreasing. However, advances in science have found ways to extract Collagen and use it to replenish the body’s natural production.

A manufacturer usually appeals to our trust more when they create an exclusive and official website on the product. However, we could not find such an exclusive website as of this review. We find a quality anti-wrinkle formula may actually be backed by numerous and positive testimonials. We believe that a responsible manufacturer should have a strong and knowledgeable customer service program in place. Better still are those manufacturers that have an attractive return and refund policy in place.

In the end, although we like some of the ingredients, like Chamomile, in regard to being effective moisturizers, we are not really sure about the product as a whole. For one thing, it is not even clear to us whether any of the ingredients may do anything substantial to reduce lines and wrinkles. Also, the fact that the product is promoted through retail stores, there may not be an exclusive customer service program in place for the product.
Therefore, an alternative may be to research other topical creams. As mentioned above, an effective anti-wrinkle cream probably targets the depletion of Collagen production. As Collagen production decreases, the skin starts loosing its ability to replenish new tissues, and age lines and wrinkles start to form. When this happens, it is necessary to ensure that the skin is properly hydrated and moisturized. There are some effective products that not only contain fresh Collagen, but also are backed by an attractive return and refund policy.
