J.L. Frechette: Why can't I access the Hydroderm VIP members Center online. I wish to reschedule a shipment that is scheduled for 10/13/08 to the 21st of November, I have a username ATEGOW & password EOOII. I will be out of the country until then. Please advise. Thank you.

J.J.: I have also been trying to find this page on the website to reschedule & cannot access it either. I am going to call them direct to find out where this page has gone!

J S: I'm am having the same problem. Without notice this website seems to be gone. I too will call but I will cancel membership.

Sharon: I have tried to call the 800 number several times,(after not being able to find the website to reschedule my shipment date) and get disconnected every time. I am concerned that this company is going under and has my credit card info. I hope to be able to cancel my hydroderm shipments permanently! They have lost my trust.

Kathy: I,too, was unable to get the web site. I was just on hold for over 35 min., with a count down until I was the next call to be answered. I was then just left on hold and my call was not picked up. I also called the number above given by T.G. and there was no answer. Seems like they must have big problems. Time to look for another product.

MC: I have been waiting to find out when my next shipment is coming. What's going on? I can't access the Website to manage my account and how come no one is available to answer a customer's question via phone or e-mail?

k.d.: *Hydroderm* I also have called numerous times, months on end. Each time being promised the next month the delivery would be sent. Finally, last month I called to be on hold for over 35 mins. only to have my call dropped. No answering service--nothing. I do think this company has gone under. The only surprising thing is there is nothing stating that on the internet or through the company itself. That's poor business.
