Glenn: This comment is about Rodan & Fields Proactiv Solution. Would you still be promoting it if you knew the marketing problems associated with this product. I am in a nightmarish situation whereby a TV infomercial presented the product with an 800 # for ordering. My wife ordered it. However, after using our credit card to pay for it and NOT choosing to be sent more monthly we received a bill for more product we did not order or receive. We are now being harassed by a supposed collection agency named SKO Brenner American, Inc to pay up more money or have our credit ruined. Its blackmail! Now, if I were the only one with an issue concerning this product I would expect you to brush this off as an isolated problem. Do a Google for SKO Brenner American, INC or Proactiv Solution and you will find so many complaints you'll see why the product itself is being tainted as a don't touch if you want to avoid the hassle of collections and clearing your name. I am wondering if the Drs. who created this product are aware of the bad press the marketing aspect is getting. Might you know how what I have said here can be shared with them...if they care? Thx.
