Transformulas® Face Control™ |
 |
Introduction & Overview |
Transformulas® Face Control™ is a collection of beauty products marketed primarily towards women who may be seeking alternative methods for reducing the visible signs of aging associated with wrinkles and fine lines. These products appear to be marketed as a safer and more cost-effective alternative to BOTOX®, the popular procedure used to promote younger-looking skin.
These products may be competing not only with BOTOX®, but with the hundreds of other comparable anti-aging formulas currently on the market. Most of these may have many similarities, but the differences may lie in the details, like clinical studies, consumer testimonials and the availability of refunds. We will get a closer look at these items to see what the pros and cons may be.

 | Products at a Glance |
The set of products appears to consist basically of a topical solution, called Face Control™, and a FeatureLift Gift Set, which may include Face Control™ and another component, called EyeLifting Gel 25% Advanced. Face Control™ is advertised as “loved worldwide by dermatologists” and capable of defining bone structure, but such claims may not be backed up properly.
The company also says Face Control™ may “lift tired & slackened jowls,” reduce puffiness and dark circles, improve elasticity and hydration and have a cooling and calming effect. However, we note that the official website does not disclose a full list of ingredients at time of review; in fact, not a single ingredient is even mentioned on the site at this time.

 | Products in Focus |
The apparent lack of attention to detail concerns us, because we fear it may be reflective of an overall lack of quality and care in the development, manufacturing and marketing processes for these products. As mentioned earlier, we believe a quality product should be backed by a pleasant experience from the moment a person learns about the product, to the first time it is used.
FeatureLift Gift Set may contain a product called EyeLifting Gel, but, aside from one before-and-after picture on the website, there is no relevant product information at time of review. The company seems to spend a great deal of time lavishing praise on this product, with claims of studies and worldwide acclaim, but we would like to see some concrete evidence.

 | Lifestyle |
This product is marketed by a company that appears to be based overseas in the U.K., so it may be difficult to find a U.S.-based distributor from which to purchase these items. It seems the products may be ordered online directly through the company’s website, but the currency conversion may cause unneeded headaches, and delivery may take a while.
We are curious about why the company seems to be avoiding posting a full list of ingredients for these products. Perhaps it is just negligence, or maybe it is trying to cover up a mediocre formula .
|
 | Positives |
• The products may be ordered online
• The website may have a FAQs section
|
 | Negatives |
• These products may not be available for purchase in the U.S.
• May not contain Hyaluronic Acid
• May lack clinical studies to validate product
• A full refund may not be available

 | Final Thoughts |
Transformulas® Face Control™ may be promoted as a critically acclaimed set of skincare products, but we believe there is not enough evidence to justify such claims. Many companies make similar assertions about their own products, but savvier women may decide that the potential benefits may not be worth the risks that may be involved.
We are disappointed that a consumer testimonials page is not available on the products’ official website at time of review. Instead of making unverified claims of a product’s supposed effectiveness, we feel it would be more effective to publish what other people may be saying about it. We find testimonials enable women to share what their own experiences may have been like, and most reputable products will provide this information.
