According to the website, it is massaged directly into the labia, clitoris and outer vaginal area for a few minutes; and it may be reapplied as often as needed.

Our findings show that cream-based products generate the best results in women when they are used with potent sexuality enhancers. Many male and female sexuality enhancing products contain L-Arginine, an amino acid, which is used by people who are interested in increasing cardiac health. It is used in male sexuality formulas because it may boost Nitric Oxide, which is said to create erections.
