Amoril contains ingredients such as Wild Yam Root, Myrtle Herb, Cinnamon Bark, Pomegranate Fruit, Passion Flower Herb and Damiana Leaves.

Cinnamon Bark has been used extensively as a spice and a medicinal herb, and used to address diarrhea and other problems of the digestive system. Pomegranate Fruit has been in the news a lot lately because it has been shown to have many healthful properties. In some preliminary laboratory research and pilot studies, Pomegranate was shown to reduce heart disease risk factors, such as including LDL oxidation. It has been shown to be full of antioxidants.

Amoril contains Passion Flower Extract, an extract that many equate with boosting sexuality, but which has not traditionally been used to increase male or female sexuality. It has, in fact, been used to ease sleeplessness, epilepsy and hysteria, as well as other ailments and conditions. The name Passion Flower is actually a reference to the passion of Christ, which is based on the way this plant looks.

For instance, Peppermint and Menthol, when used in cream-based products, have been shown to deliver the “heat”, or rather stimulation, needed for augmented pleasure, while Benzoin Oil may increase circulation in the vagina. We always suggest seeking out all–natural, Paraben-free products, because Parabens have been shown to be potentially carcinogenic.
